The total shipping and handling cost, as well as the estimated date of delivery, is listed under Order Summary.
Shipping Prices:
The shipping price for your order will be determined and displayed at checkout. Please note that any shipping prices quoted from Search Engines, Google Merchant, or other affiliates are superseded by our cart's final shipping price.
Price Discrepancies:
In the event of any error in shipping prices, we will reach out to you directly via email.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: J. J. & Jude Inc., PO Box 77012 RPO 6579 Hwy 7 Markham, ON L3P 0C8 Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
