PAYMENT & DELIVERY:

Once your payment has been received, items ordered will be shipped as soon as possible - usually within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

As we will ship to the address given, please make sure the address you provided is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for mail that is either not received or lost after we have properly addressed and sent off your order as per information provided. 

All shipping is via Canada Post’s Postal services, unless otherwise listed. (Please contact us if you would like to discuss regarding your own shipping arrangements.) Our shipping prices are for both shipping & handling, which include costs of postage, packaging and mailing.

Estimated Canada Post Delivery Times:

• Within Canada : 1–6 business days
• Within the USA : 6–14 business days
• International (Overseas) : 5–16 business days

Orders are NOT considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed:

* Canada & US : 21 days past shipping date
* International : 60 days past shipping date

TRACKING:

Unless specifically requested, packages are mailed out WITHOUT tracking. Insurance is also available upon request. If you require the extra security and wish your order to be delivered via Canada Post's expedited parcel services for tracking and faster delivery, we will notify you of the estimated extra shipping costs. Note that this option is only available if you completed your order using the “Canada Post (Expedited)” shipping option during the JJJude.com checkout.

RETURN TO SENDER:

If your order is returned to us by the postal service because we were supplied with an incorrect mailing address, we will:

1.) inform you via the contact information you provided to us that the package was returned because of addressing issues;

2.) gladly ship the package out again for an additional shipping charge, including any charges we incurred for reclaiming the package, once you have provided a correct mailing address.

Other possible reasons why the package was returned to sender:
• The addressee has moved without providing a forwarding address.
• The item is refused by the addressee.
• The item is unclaimed.

CUSTOMS:

All international customers are responsible for any and all duties, customs charges and taxes required to receive their goods. Also, we cannot control any delays caused by customs.

US CUSTOMERS:

Please note that the mailing delivery standard from Canada to the U.S. is 6–14 business days (not including the first day mailed). Your package may arrive earlier.
