REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:

However, due to unexpected circumstances, there are times when customers may ask for refunds or exchanges. We will gladly refund you or make exchanges in accordance to our policy.

Our refund policy is fair: refunds and exchanges are on a case-by-case basis. If it was an error on our part, we shall refund you the full cost of the goods purchased.

If you would like to return any item(s), please do so within thirty (30) days of receiving it, in its new and original condition and packaging. All returned items must be insured. We will refund you the cost of the item(s) after it is received, minus shipping & handling fees.
